60 minute WATSU® Session

This basic session is for people who are interested in exploring water as the therapeutic means to relaxation. Due to the absence of gravity, clients may experience the body releasing tension, especially along the spine, leading to physical release and calm.

80 minute WATSU® Session

$130.00 (65 minutes in pool)

This advanced session explores deeper tensions throughout the body, especially in the nervous system. With the additional float time, clients may experience deep relaxation through an enhanced parasympathetic nervous system, leading to theta brain wave activity, which aids in releasing trauma (e.g. emotional release) and increasing well-being.
