80 minute WATSU® Session

$150.00* (65 minutes in pool)

The warm water serves as a medium for deep relaxation, which calms the nervous system. In this weightless environment, the body naturally releases tension along the spine, eases physical pain, and enhances overall well-being. During the session, Megan cradles the client, moving them in gentle, flowing motions and applying massage to specific pressure points. The flow, sequence, and areas of massage are tailored to each client's individual needs.

Key Benefits of WATSU®

  • Physical Relief: Alleviates chronic pain, specifically in the back, neck, and hips, and is often used for fibromyalgia, arthritis, and orthopedic injury recovery.
  • Nervous System & Relaxation: Quiets the sympathetic nervous system and enhances the parasympathetic system, reducing stress, anxiety, and depression.
  • Increased Mobility: The buoyancy of the water allows for improved, painless range of motion and flexibility.
  • Emotional Support: Provides a safe, nurturing, and secure environment that can help with trauma processing.
